Archiving Policy
Nexa: Journal of Visionary Social Empowerment (NEXA) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content. The journal implements a digital archiving policy to protect published articles from loss, damage, technical failure, or discontinuity of access.
NEXA utilizes digital preservation systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), where available, to create a distributed archiving system that allows participating libraries and preservation networks to store permanent copies of the journal content for preservation and restoration purposes.
In addition to external preservation systems, NEXA maintains internal backups of published articles, metadata, editorial records, and journal files. These backups are managed to support continuity of access and ensure that published content remains available to readers, authors, and indexing services.
All published articles are made available through the journal’s official website and may also be deposited in institutional repositories, academic databases, indexing platforms, and other scholarly archives in accordance with the journal’s open access policy and license.
The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record by ensuring that published articles remain accessible, citable, and preserved for future academic and public use.
