Copyright and License Statement

Nexa: Journal of Visionary Social Empowerment (NEXA) is committed to promoting open access to scholarly works and ensuring that authors retain the copyright of their published articles. This statement explains the copyright ownership, author rights, and licensing terms applied to all articles published in NEXA.

Copyright

Authors who publish with Nexa: Journal of Visionary Social Empowerment (NEXA) retain the copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing their manuscripts in NEXA, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and identify itself as the original publisher of the article.

Authors retain the right to reuse, share, archive, and distribute their published work in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks, or other scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in NEXA is properly cited.

Proper attribution must be given whenever the article is reused, shared, distributed, or adapted. The attribution should include the author name(s), article title, journal name, volume, issue, year of publication, DOI or URL where available, and a statement that the article was first published in Nexa: Journal of Visionary Social Empowerment (NEXA).

All articles published in Nexa: Journal of Visionary Social Empowerment (NEXA) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows users to:

Author Rights

Authors are permitted to:

Third-Party Materials

Authors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party materials included in the manuscript, such as figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, datasets, instruments, or other copyrighted materials, have proper permission, attribution, or licensing clearance where required.

Materials not owned by the authors may be subject to different copyright or licensing terms. Authors must clearly indicate the source and permission status of such materials when necessary.
